This blend is crafted using early-season steamed Chinese green tea leaves, which are briefly steamed to preserve their fresh, herbaceous flavours. The delicate processing technique enhances the natural polyphenol antioxidants found in green tea, making it not only a delightful drink but also a beneficial one.
