Nos feuilles d'olivier spécialement sélectionnées dans les Abruzzes en Italie sont cueillies et traitées à la main avant d'être séchées lentement à basse température afin de conserver pleinement leurs propriétés naturelles.
Connu pour ses niveaux élevés d'antioxydants et possède également des propriétés antibactériennes, antifongiques, antibiotiques et anti-inflammatoires ; cette infusion produit une tasse nettoyante et rafraîchissante. Lorsqu'elle est infusée, la feuille d'olivier produit une forte liqueur de cuivre et un arôme et une saveur boisés avec une douceur distincte et des nuances d'olive très subtiles. Cette infusion est une excellente alternative au rooibos, avec lequel elle partage de nombreuses caractéristiques et bienfaits, tout en offrant un profil aromatique nettement différent.
Apprécier
Placez une cuillère à café bien remplie par tasse dans un infuseur, un filtre ou une théière. Ajouter de l'eau presque bouillante et laisser infuser 7 à 8 minutes afin de développer pleinement l'arôme.
